  3. Square and cube roots

Day 2

  1. Four operations with  radicals

  2. Four operations with polynomials

  3. FOIL method distributive property

Day 3

  1. Online in class Session A Test 1 based on topics learned this week.
    Test time: 45 minutes.

  2. Remaining time will be used to go over mistakes and discuss results.

  3. Weekend homework packet.

Grade 8/Algebra1 Session A - Week 1

Day 1

  1. LCM and GCF with polynomials

  2. Solving and graphing

  3. Inequalities on a number line

Day 2

  1. Plotting linear equations in one and two variables on a graph using table method

  2. Slope of a line ( rise / run) 

  3. Graphing a linear equation using the slope and y- intercept 

Day 3

  1. Online in class Session A Test 2 based on topics learned this week.
    Test time: 45 minutes.

  2. Remaining time will be used to go over mistakes and discuss results.

  3. Weekend homework packet.
